70 miles from NYC. 495 EAST to Exit 70. Follow directions below.

From the East, or West
Take the Long Island Expressway (Rt. 495) east to exit 70 - Manorville. Head North on East manor Road to end, approximatly 1/4 mile. Turn right and The Maples is 300 feet on your left. 10 Ryerson ave.

From Bridgeport Port Jefferson Ferry.

Exit ferry and head onto Main street/Rt 112. Take route 112 to Long Island Expressway/495 East. Continue on Long Island Expressway (Rt. 495) east to exit 70 - Manorville. Head North on East manor Road to end, approximatly 1/4 mile. Turn right and The Maples is 300 feet on your left. 10 Ryerson ave.
